Gransfors Axe Grinding Stone

The Gransfors axe sharpening pucks are supplied in a protective rubber case which acts not only as a case, but also as a grip when using the stone. Each stone is double-sided with a fine and course side. Gransfors grinding stones are very straightforward to use, and are just as effective at sharpening knives as they are axes.

Gransfors Grinding Stones:

Gransfors sharpening stones are perfectly useable in their dry state, but we find they're best if used in conjunction with water. Each stone is round in shape with flat sharpening surfaces and chamfered edges to prevent chipping.

The stones are available in natural stone, or ceramic.
